At JWCS, we understand the importance of strong academic foundations and a biblical framework for academic training. Knowledge of God’s world must be informed by knowledge of God’s Word. This approach develops true knowledge and wisdom, to equip our pupils for life in our complex world.

 Curriculum

John Wycliffe Christian School is registered with the Western Cape Education Department as an independent school. The school covers or exceeds the content of the WCED curriculum so that children can transfer from or to other schools without difficulty. However, we are free to include Christian content and teach from a biblical perspective. Bible lessons are an important extra in our programme.

Regular events include competitions, market days, spelling bees, the Science Expo, “Bible Blaze” quiz, lots of excursions and an annual camp.
