Mission and Motto

Our Mission Statement

John Wycliffe Christian School exists to provide Christ-honouring education, incorporating academic, cultural, physical and spiritual excellence. The school prepares children from Christian homes to glorify God through obedient service in their families, communities and the wider world.

Our Motto

"Sola Scriptura" means "Scripture alone". This motto is a fundamental doctrine of the Protestant church, asserting that the scriptures are the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

Our Ethos

The ethos of the school is Bible based and Christ-centred. We understand that our teachers are role models and for that reason they must be practicing Christians who have a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
